Hi Deepak,
Welcome to Heathcare Magic and thanks for your question...

From your brief description, I understand that you have been suddenly having diffifulty in concentration and feeling disinterested in your normally enjoyable activities. Since you have mentioned that it has been sudden, it is important to know if there have been any recent changes in your personal circumstances or social environment or if you are in the midst of a stressful situation. Excessive stress and difficulty in coping is a common reason to feel disinterested and detached from studies and other pleasurable things. There is also a possibility that you may be going through a depression, in case you have other symptoms like negative thoughts, feeling low, reduced energy, poor sleep / appetite, etc.

My advice to you would be to talk to and share your feelings with someone close to you, especially if there is something bothering you. In such situations, it is also important to try not to isolate yourself or spend a lot of time in solitude, as it can worsen your symptoms. If you find that your symptoms are severe or worsening or affecting your day-to-day functioning, then you need to seek professional help, probably from a psychiatrist.

All the best.

hi singla deepak
Concentration is a state of mind and at various junctures you have different priorities in life. When ever your mind is deeply attached to some particular mode the rest of activities appear to loose their lusture. Studies in this age are taken as burden in majority of indian youths and tinsel world attracts more. That is why lack of interest leads to lack of concentration. As there is apparently no symptom other than this I believe no pathology is involved in your case. In herbal medicines brahmi based medicines help to calm the brain and restore concentration. Try to maintain balance in studies and other activities. Do not try to hide any thing share your feelings with persons of confidence and you will watch major shift in your concentration. Brahmi vati with gold, cap. bravobol and mentat will help you to concentrate
