Sudden Addiction For Pan Masala, Severe Cravings. Any Danger For Gums And Overall Health?
Hi i do not know why this has happened but for the last 2months i have become addictive to tulsi shalimar pan masala. I crave them and have got through atleast 10boxes. I have never eaten such things in my life and a friend gave me a box which has lead to many boxes. What is causing these craves and is this dangerous for my gums and overall health? I would appreciate your reply
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. Addiction to any thing is not good for health and mind as well. The patient will be addicted to the addiction. Take from sweets, to tobacco if it is excess they will have their own bad effects. The pan masala etc will be having more possibility of the craving for it. As it is only 2months passed, try to omit it by your own self. If not possible, approach a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment. Practice yoga, meditation, reading books, and hearing music, as divertionprocedures. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
