Sudden Flaring Of Hemorrhoid After Eating. How Long After Being Poisoned With Visene Is Testing Possible?

Hi it is a possibility that this guy poisoned me with visene I am ok now but got hemmeroids out of the blue. This guy was making a joke about my intestinal problem without disclosing it to him, and he actually was hinting at poisoning his father and other people(sick bastard) now that i m not dead how long could I be tested for visene poisoning after the event? I wish i was asking you about the flu or somthing else... Also his dad has been having blood pressure issues and trouble breathing at night, after eating food his son prepared.

Hi,

Noted your history of flare up of hemorrhoids and your suspicion about some poisoning.
No such cases have been reported in medical literature nor is in my experience of so many years.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor and get a reference for a Surgeon or Proctologist for proper per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy and then colonoscopy.
Tests of blood and stool.
This will confirm the diagnosis and give a plan for proper surgical management as per the disease found.
It is possible that your problem may be hemorrhoids or fissure, fistula or so on.
Till then take laxative and stool softeners to keep the stools soft.
Sitz bah in a tub with warm water.
Probiotics.
Antibiotics and metronidazole if there is any intestinal infection.
High fiber diet.
No stress or anxiety.
All these things will make a proper diagnosis and gives a proper plan of management as per the cause found.
