Sudden Jumping Feeling From The Neck Up Woke, Fell Faint And More Thirsty Than Always, Feet Burning With Tightness And Dry Throat?
A jumping feeling from My neck up woke me up, it was extreme jumping, felt faint and more thirsty than I ever did. I always drink water before bed and take water with me so I'm sure it was not dehydration. This was that scary I'm afraid to go back asleep. I do feel that my circulation was struggling as I was asleep on one arm all night and I was cold going to bed so I left two pairs of socks on. When I woke up my feet were burning from tightness. My throat is still reall dry. Please note 'the jumping' was extreme, so much my vision was jumping too.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your problem, this is functional condition of yours you have to keep your self away from the anxiety and depression otherwise this could be increased, with the time once you controlled your thoughts this would go away, for the tentative relief I would treat this case with the following medicine 1) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day 2) Tab alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time hope this information helps you, have nice day.
