Heart size and shape is normal, CP angles and spaces are clear, Pulmonary BV markings are prominent, Thoracic long cags is nirmal, Hilar shadowas are prominent, appearances are suggestive chronic bronchitis.

Bronchitis is a common condition and can occur to anybody. If your friend is a smoker ask him to stop smoking. Sputum culture and sensitivity test will be useful in selecting appropriate antibiotic.
With regards to HIV, I don't know what is your native place. You can approach your nearby ART center in India, there they will provide all treatment for HIV and Other Opportunistic diseases and counseling.
