Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history,

Light headedness, dizziness, sick feelings are part of panic symptoms. bruised ribs are usually not connected to it as it happened 2 weeks earlier.

You should consult your psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment. Doctor may advise you to start medications to control panic attack and anxiety.

For bruised ribs, you should consult your orthopedic specialist/surgeon

Thanks

Dear,
I understand your concerns.
You did not mention your age.
Any way, using the work panin attack should be done carfully.
Becuse it is a psychiatric term.
You just became panic due to some happenings. Thats all.
We all become panic, don't we? Quite normal these days.
Sweating, clammy hands and fingers, palpitation etc are adrenaline rush.
This happens when we suddenly fear, or become anxious.
Light headeness can attribute itself to so many medical conditions.
So don't worry. You are young (I assume)
Your body knows how to deal with most troubles, if not it will intimate you.
Wish you good future
