Hi,
It seems that you might have chronic urinary tract infection. aggravated after period.
As you are 48 years, any pathology in your genital tract should be ruled out.
Go for,
1, vaginal swab test,
2, pap smear test,
3, urine routine and culture sensitivity test.
After all reports go for specific treatment.
Ok and take care.
