Suffer Gastritis, Heart Burns, Constant Uneasiness. Is This Serious ?
Hello !
I am 27 years old and I am a management professional. I have problem of gastritis and heart burn. Is it a severe disease? how can I get rid of it? The problem is worse when my stomach is empty. I have a consistent stomach uneasiness. Through out the day and night. What should be the proper diet in order to minimize it.
hi Shabeer. your job must be causing a lot of stress to you, and missing meals must be a part of your job profile. the best way to help yourself will be to follow a diet routine. avoid junk food, eat small portions frequently, include a lot of fruits and green vegetables in your diet, avoid smoking/alcohol, drink adequate water and never stay empty stomach for long. also, try finding some time for yourself to relax, de-stress and do some free hand exercises. i hope this would take care of your problem. in case you still have them, you can consult you physician for some appropriate medicines.
