Hi, i've suffered constant heavy bleeding since 27th Nov '12 through til 4th June '13 with only 13 days clear somewhere in the middle. Very heavy bleeding with almost daily flooding, I had a 2 unit blood transfusion on the 1st June which was followed on the 4th June by a hysteroscopy, biopsies and placement of Mirena coil. I had heavy bleeding for 2 weeks following the coil but over the last 5 days have been having only a brown discharge. Does this sound about right for the coil or is the discharge a sign of infection?
