Suffered From Head Injury, Swelling, Bump On Head. What Is It?

Hi I have recently suffer from a head injury i which a weight bar hit my head on full impact as someone was lifting it. it has been almost 24 since the injury and the swelling has gone down but in the very center there seems to be a soft spot whereas the rest of the bump is hard. I was wondering is this anything to be worried about and if so what could it be?

Hello,
Thanks for the query
I think it could be local bleed which might have organized and it will heal in due course of time. You can get examined by a local physician. Regarding the head injury as you didn't have any vomiting, loss of consciousness, convulsion, the chance of having a serious brain trauma is less. Your local doctor will guide you through examination and if required investigations.

Hope this helps
