Suffered From Severe Anorexia, Irregular Period, Memory Issues, Alcoholic. Am I Amnesic?

When I was 13, i suffered from severe anorexia for about 1 year and an half. I stop being on my period, i almost didnt ate and my BMI was far below the normal one. When I was 14, i started drinking regularly (3-5 times a week) for almost 1 year and a half too. In this laps of time, i also took a lot of codeine and dxm at recreational doses (about 20-25 times). Now, I am a little bit under 17, i eat normally and drink only on occasion, but it seems like i cant remember a lots of part of what happens. For example, i wont remember what i just said in a conversation with someone, or i will forget completely some parts of a show where i went, even if i was completely sober. when i try to think to remember what i am saying in a conversation, i turn super awkward and i cant tell anything because i dont know what to say anymore. i searched a little bit on the internet, and i found that amnesia can be caused by malnutrition and drinking, and the symptoms kind of fit with mines. am i amnesic?what is wrong with me? what can i do?

Hi!
As mentioned above, one good effort that was made is to reduce the Alcohol intake from regular to occasional. Excellent effort made and will be good if stopped completely.
Thiamine deficiency is common in chronic Alcoholism which can lead to memory problems. Advise to consult a physician in person as to undergo complete Health check with diagnostics specific to Vitamin deficiency (Thiamin, vitamin B12,Iron,Liver function tests, renal parameters ,Hb levels, )based on which appropriate dosage can be advised.
Main stay of treatment is to work on lifestyle changes which will help overcome depression & improve emotional status (Take up Hobbies –dance, music, exercises, meditation –any activity which will keep your heart happy)
