Suffering From Atopic Dermatitis, Taking Prednisolone. Was On Cyclosporine, UVB Therapy. Should I Continue?

Dear Doctor I am suffering from Atopic dermatitis for past 8 years .Now taking 10mg Prednisolone every day for past 4 years .I tried all topical steroids ,was on Cyclosporine for 2 years ,UVB therapy and honestly nothing worked .I take MV MM tab ,2000 iu Vitamin D3 ,3 gm Omega 3 -6 and 300 mg Magnesium everyday .This 10mg Prednisolone helps me to manage my life without flareups ,unless I have some severe triggers .Can I continue this therapy ...I will be bedridden ,if I stop this .

Hi atopic dermatitis occurs in people who are prone to atopy like dry skin.cough and cold leading to asthma.as it is due to dry skin apply regular moisteriser like venusia max cream twice daily.and apply tacroz forte cream daily and use flutivate ointment and use of oral steriods during flare ups can be used.when this will not work gi for cyclosporine or uvb which is last ditch og therapy.use a goodoisterising soap like zyndet bar
