Suffering From Chest Congestion. Having Cough And Vomiting Mucus. Suggest A Specialist

hi doctor.My 2 year old toddler was suffering from chest congestion with continuous cough and vomiting with mucus for past 2 months ,as of now i have consulted with two pediatric but not at all i don't find any solution .I don't know what is my next step for my kid.Plz suggest me the doctor who specialist in this suituation?( either Pulmonologists or ENT)?

im dr.sagar
continous cough,vomiting,mucus---vomiting is secondary to cough
it contains only mucus but not sputum---suggestive of allergic etiology...
next step ideally would be having done bronchopulmonary lavage...
i suggestive u to consult pulmonologist with all test reports of two paediatricans over 2months...
