Suffering From Cough And Breathing Problem

Hi, my 3 yrs child is having cough since two days so doctor treated him with levolin and cherrycoff syrup now with single dose of medicine given to him and now he is not able to breath properly so nebulised him with duoline now doctor started omnacartil and allegra with duoline nebulisation for 3 days is it right treatment.

From description of the symptoms the treatment seems to be proper.
Probably it needs hospitalistion and thorough investigation for proper treatment.
