Suffering From Dry Cough For 3.5 Weeks. Prescribed Rapitus, Feza, AZT 500. Use Of Each Drug And Side Effects?

Hi Doctors,
I have been suffering from dry cough for 3.5 weeks now. Recently, I have done the health checkup which shows no sign of abnormality :). My blood pressure was perfect( 120/80) and did an x'ray of chest which was in perfect safe.
Doctor has suggested me to take three drugs: Rapitus, Feza 180 and AZT 500 (which I am taking for last 5 days) and staying away from curd and fruits (which I am following). But so far I don't see any significant recovery.

I want to know what each drug is for and its side effects as well as suggestion.

As you are suffering from dry cough....You are taking medicines like rapitus( cough syrup for dry cough) Feza 180( antiallergic) AZT 500( azithromycin -the antibiotic) . You need not to stay away from fresh fruits & fresh curd. Just avoid excessive tea, cofee, cold drinks, chocoltes, fried & spicy food. take plenty of water & take Rabeprazole with domperidone before meals twice daily & mucaine Gel 2tsf three times daily after meals.
