Suffering From Eye Pain Due To Usage Of High Powered Reading Glasses

I was prescribed too strong reading glasses and now have great pain in the eye bright light makes it worse very slowly getting better but still cant read without getting pain and a headache only have one eye that works this is in the good eye my problem thanks Yolanda mazzarisi

Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.

It seems that you have a migraine which happens which is occurring because of the trigger factor of bright lights. Here are a few things that you can try to help you with the medication:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

If you do not get better, then please see a Doctor so that you can get your eyesights checked. All the best and wish you a quick recovery.

Follow up after 5 days.
