Suffering From Hair Fall, Receding Hairline. Suggested Androanagen Tablets And Amexidil Spray. Are These Safe ?

Hi, I have been suffering from hairfall for quite some time which started about 5-6 years ago. It caught it s pace since last two years ando my hair line has receded and have developed a low hair density in the middle of the scalp . I consulted a doctor who suggested androanagen tablets and amexidil spray.in the prescription she wrote androanagen 10D. what is 10D and is this a trust worthy prescription? is androanagen safe,cause I think it is a hormone tablet. Also I have sever dandruff issue. Can you suggest something for that?

Hi Gaurav,

As you have already consulted a dermatologist and from the medicines that have been prescribed, you seem to be suffering from androgenetic alopecia(male pattern baldness). Whatever your dermatologist has suggested is completely trustworthy. 1 OD means you have to take one tablet once in a day. Apply amexidil spray 1ml twice in a day. Androanagen is completely safe to take.Continue with this prescription atleast for 6 months then only you are bound to have some good results. For your dandruff problem, use a good antidandruff shampoo twice to thrice in a week. Dont apply oil in your hair as it aggravates dandruff. Take care.
