Hi,
- Lactose intoleance is to be managed by avoiding milk & milk products.
Long standing lactose intollerance managed by avoiding milk product leads to deffesiency of calcium & vitamin D. Your weakness seems to be due to this cause.
- Supplement proteins ( Soy milk),Calcium,Vitamin D to replace nutritive value of milk.
-You can take vitamin B complex with Digestive enzymes (having Lactase) to have better appetite/digestion .
- Have non spicy, easy to digest, lactose free diet- in small servings every 2-3 hours.
- Consult a Gastroenterologist, get your health re evaluated , follow the instructions strictly.
thanks.
