Suffering From Joint Pain, Mild Chest Pain. Stopped Smoking Habit. What Could This Be?

I am having joints pain and very laziness. i use to smoke one to two ciggrates daily frm last 2 years but now left it one week back. few days back i had the cold nd cough even but now everything is fine but from last two to three months i am littile bit uncomfortable with this joint pains. i use to feel a littile bit of chest pain even that too in the left side i mean where the heart lies but now it dissappeared.
