Suffering From Migraine. Tests Done. What Kind Of Diet Or Medicine Will Help?

My mother is migraine patient and her age is 68 years and her medical test reveal the following results as she takes 5-6 medicines daily for migraine treatement on the advise of doctor -
high gamma gt /ggt (results shows value 57)
high Alkaline phosphate (results shows value 101)
Low pcv (hct) (results shows value 32.4)
HDL Cholestrol (results shows value 41.3)
VLDL (results shows value 28.2)
Creatinine serum (result 1.23)
Alkaline Phosphate (result shows 101)
Epithelial cells (result shows 4-6)
Pls advise how to reduce the above levels with changes in diet / routine.

The fact that her gamma gt and alkaline phosphate are both high I believe that she suffers from a chronic liver disease.
The change in her diet that I can suggest is to reduce protein intake and increase carbohydrate intake. If she drinks alcohol, please tell her to stop.
I cannot tell you what medication to take because your mother is already on 6 different drugs and without knowing what those are, I cant prescribe you with new ones.
