Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You about the pancreas I think. It is an organ which digests the food by secreting the enzymes. Also, it may contain endocrine part secret insulin and glucagon.

In your pancreas at the tail part, you may be having a cyst. It may be pseudocyst or malignancy or benign cyst you have to confirm by CT abdomen.

So please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
