Suffering From Pimples, Dark Spots, Scars. Using Facemed Gel, Faceclin. Healing Period?
hi i am 29 yr female last few months back my face was clean and now from aug-2013 so many pimples are come out on my face. pimples leave dark spot and scars are on my face and its look ugly .dr given me to use at night facemed gel and morning faceclin .can acne scars will be remove by using these two cream.and if yes then how many days ,months it will remove .pls reply me fast .
It seems that you may be having acne vulgaris with dark spots of healed lesions. You may continue both the cream to apply on lesions. Along with this, you start oral treatment. Take azithromycine 500 mg daily morning and isotretinoin 5 mg daily at night. After 3 months, reduce the dose of azithromycine 500 to three tabs per week, continue for 6 months, even though you get good result. You may continue isotretinoin in low dose. Cleanse the face with acmed face wash.
Acne is multifactorial disease. Avoid tension and worries. Restrict travelling.Have good sleep. Avoid milk,ghee and oily food.
Blck spots may be reduced by applying kojic acid containing cream. Glutathion tab may be taken.
