hi, I am 45 yrs old and suffering from premature ejaculation. I am also addicted to masturbation by watching porn. I have once or twice sex a week with my wife and have a good foreplay before intercourse. But immediately after inserting my penis i develop the urge to thrust faster and get ejaculation immediately. I know that though my wife feels it be little longer she accepts it generally starts avoiding sex unless i stimulate her. generally after inserting my penis it gets so sensitive that literally i am not able to hold back. please give me a solution.

Premature ejaculation is a common problem.
To satisfy your wife, before inserting penis go for foreplay like verbal talking, pushing, kissing, fantasy etc. By this she will have highly sexual excitement and then start doing intercourse.
By doing this she will go for orgasm before you ejaculate.
You may take tablet Viagra for your this problem after consulting your doctor.
This is very effective for premature ejaculation.
