I have a severe problem of acne fr the last one year
Before it ,i didnt have any pimple on my face .I am very much worried and have started using now persol ac 2.5 with body sol pure face wash .My pimples have started drying but i have got burning mrks which is not as much as my pimples have started becoming black kindly tell me is this normal

I am Dr gaurav patel ,dermatologist and will answer your query.
pimple is very common condition and required specific medical treatment depending upon grade and severity.
Persol containbenzyl peroxide which will dry and irritate your skin
You need to apply clindamycin gel over it
In severe case oral medicine is given and very effective
Do not worry as it will increase pimple
never scratch or pop the lesion
Better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment .
