Hi, i m 27 year old. from Bangalore India. 5 months back i got married & my wife Age is 21. She has problem in getting free motions. From yesterday morning she is finding difficult to get proper Motions in toilet. She also on her cycling period & it happened every time but this time she is facing a lot problem because of her motions. Please advice on getting immediately motion & get relief her

constipation or diarrhea or any motion disturbances common in menstruation .
no need to worry .

fist increase water intake .
increase fiber diet .
papaya one plate is really helpful .

can take isophghol with milk or curd in night .

if these doesn't help take lactulose syp 2 tsf in night .
take proper sleep .
avoid stress.
