Suffering From Sinus Like Headaches And Dizziness After Been Punched In Nose. Pain Killers Not Helping

I was punched in the nose a week ago now .. Suffering from sinus like headaches ?? And slight dizziness .. Did go the walk in centre but felt like I was fobbed off ... I am unsure weather I was knocked unconscious ?? ... Painkillers did work for first few days now headaches still ther even after painkillers

It seems that you have a sinus infection. The sinus infection is being caused by the problem that you area having. I understand that a migraine is a distressing symptom.

Along with the migraine it seems that you have add on symptoms. These symptoms can be managed by doing the following. Here are a few things that you can do:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
