Suffering From Stomach Cramps & Light Bleeding

I went through a unsuccessful ICSI procedure. I started my menstural cycle on 16 September ended exactly 7 days later. And now I am starting again, with occasional small cramps, and light bleeding. I have had sex with my husband a few times. Is this normal?

Hi

Abdominal Cramps or pain after Intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection generally subsides within 24 to 48 hours.

Your symptoms could be related to menstrual irregularities.Pelvic ultrasound can be taken to identify the cause.

Antispasmodics or pain killers can help in relieving the symptoms.

Icsi treatment can be tried a few times. If unsuccessful, alternatively, you can think about your options and decide whether to continue treatment or explore other options for having a family, such as using donor sperm or adoption.

Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.
