Suffering From Stuttering Problem, Had This During Childhood. What Could Be Done To Get Over This Without Medication?
Hi when I was a young child I had a stuttering problem but it went away as I grew older. For the last six months I have started stuttering again. There are times when I cannot get the word out. I find myself having to restart a sentence over & over. What is the cause of stuttering? Why would it go away & then come back again? Is there anything I can do to help my problem without medication? Hi ! Stuttering in the childhood is normal in many, which usually goes off when one grows up. If it has come back again, then it could be due to some kind of anxiety which you may be having. If it, then try to overcome it and you will be ok. Also try to speak slow with patience and without apprehension of stuttering. You can practice slow speech by standing in front of a mirror and judging by yourself about your drawback. I hope you can overcome this without any medications if you follow these steps. Good luck.
