Suffering From Urine Leakage After Having A Tampton In

Urine leakage after the use of tampons is commonly due to bladder prolapse or cystocele. The cause can be obesity, some women may have congenital weaker connective tissues, making them more susceptible to anterior prolapse. She is suggested not to lift heavy weight during exercises or do any heavy work. Straining with the bowel movements also increases stress to the pelvic floor, avoid it. Overactive bladder muscles, and nerve damage may also cause urinary incontinence in women.
However, urinary incontinence in women is treatable. You are suggested to get her clinically examined by a urologist. Get bladder stress test, ultrasound, urodynamic testing, and tests including cystoscopy and urinalysis done. Treatment will depend on the reports of the investigations obtained. Get her treated at the earliest. Help her maintain healthy weight and stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
