I am a 36 year old woman,i have 2 children,but i have concerns that over the past 5-6 months,i have been suffering with bad headaches ,nosebleeds constantly from the left nostril ,constantly sleeping allday,have no energy, nightsweats ,and feeling hot allday,i powerwalk 3 times a week,which is an effort,please can you help.xx
