Suffering With Bipolar Disorder, Prescribed Lithosun, Quitipine SR. Are These Medicines Applicable And Safe?

Hi, My sister is suffering from bipolar disorder . Our local dr. suggested to take lithosun tab, and quitipine SR tablet, and depending upon the condition to take serenance and phenergon injection . Are these medicine applicable? And what are the side effects of these medicine? what kind of medicine will need further? Please reply with some valuable suggestion.

Medicines in bipolar disorder depends on the phase (Mania/Depression) of the illness. Although the prescribed medication seems to be well but if u let me know about the current symptomology, i can guide u better.
