Suffering With Hard Stools, Difficulty In Passing Urine. Tried Clearlax, Castor Oil. Help?
i m suffering with hard stool last 50 hours.i have taken Clearlax polyethylene glycol 3350. powder with water about 10 hours ago.but there is no result. then i take castor oil one t-spoon with tea 2 hours ago but i still suffering .... i can t pee as well and i been washroom more than 10 time but i can t pass my stool. please help me.

hi,
if u r stool is so hard to come out don't use oral laxatives .its better to use suppositories which shows quick action n relief.
if u r chronically suffering from the same problem take rich fiber diet n drink hot water .
use of enema would show an instant result.
