Suffering With Hirsutism, USG Normal, Hormonal Studies Done. No Improvement With Laser Treatment. Next Step?

hi.. i m 27yrs old female, with hirsutism since 7yrs.. i got my USG abdomen done which was normal.. hormonal studies showed total testosterone 52.7ng/dl, prolactin 28.2ng/ml TSH 1.26m IU/ml. i consulted a dermatologist who suggested me to take laser treatment.. as i have moderately thick hair he felt it would benefit me more.. since last year i have taken 13 sittings.. but the hair growth has not reduced at all.. what should i do next??

Dear Ma'm, Hi. Thanks for visiting HCM. How regular are your periods? Do you have any breast discharge? Please check your LH, FSH, Estradiol, 17 (OH) P levels as well. you might get your answers. Regards!
