So if possible another antihypertensive drug can be taken after doc consultation... Here you also might have performance anxiety that can lead both ED and premature ejaculation.... So avoid stress related to sex... Perform it in relax position with female can be on top.... Regular exercise done .. Loose weight if obese. Avoid smoking and alcohol.... If needed sildenafil drug can be taken which has action in 30 to 60 minutes... Another option is itraurethral injection of alprostadil in form of pellet....
