Suggest treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating

Two years ago I started having burning when urinating. Have had a polyo taken off, still having pain. On the rights side it hurts and burns when urinating. Haveseen 2 obgyns a urilogist and my pPCP. Have been on antibiotics. When I am just sitting I can feel the pain. I am 69 and will not have sex due to this pain. Why can tany doctor figure this out

Hi thanks for asking question...

When having pain urine examined for pus cells...if present it is UTI and antibiotic given...

You have consult gynecologist.So they might gave done your per speculum examination and cervicitis like condition ruled out...

Pelvic inflammatory disease ruled out by USG...

You can have chronic UTI condition for that urine culture done with antibiotic according to it....

In your case x ray and USG done as you have long term history....
