Suggest OTC Medication For Throat Infection Due To Esinophilia
Hello, I am ROhit Ranjan from canada.I have throat infection from last 1 week and everytime i have dry cough.I had similar troat infection 10 years back and after blood test got to detect eshnophilia.Got some medicine and recorrected but that was in india.Is there any medicine avaible in canada over the counter.I have diabetic as well.

The symptoms you mentioned point towards an allergic cause of the throat problem. The best treatment of such etiology is to avoid the allergen which could be Pollen, dust or even dry air / heat during the cold weather. I would suggest you to start taking Tab Claritin 10mg once a day and Avamys Nasal Spray 2 puffs twice a day for 4 weeks. Steam inhalation with some liquid Vicks helps to dislodge sticky secretion's from an airway. You can also perform warm saline gargles that will be very helpful to relive the congestion in the throat.
