Suggest Vitamin Supplements That Can Be Taken Along With Blood Pressure Medications

hi my husband have high blood pressure and he is on medication,he works in the field of construction.most of the time he complains of fatigue and body aches.he doesnt takes vitamins and i needs to kno why is this happening and which vitamins can he take that wont infere with his pressure meds?

I understand your concern. Every type of multivitamins can be taken with any type of high blood pressure medicines in general. So, your husband can choose what is available in the local pharmacy.
About your other question, of why that is happening, my thoughts are because of the job that your husband does. I would suggest to try taking some pain killer (for example Ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times/day for 2 weeks) and see if it helps with the body aches. If it doesn't help, or if other signs are appearing, then consider doing some blood check-ups to rule out what is going on.
