Suggest A Diet Chart For Patients With Gas Problem

U are around 15 KGS overweight. For preparing diet chart I need to know by our complete diet routine. I can tell u how to deal with gas problem. Have small and frequent meals. Take more of fibre like salads, channa murmura or sprouts or fruits. Don't eat fruits in evening aas u need to reduce weight also. Have lot of water take 7-8 meals throughout day. Don't take too much of tea only twice a day. Prefer biscuits with tea don't take tea empty stomach. Have curds buttermilk daily. U can take cold milk which will help u to relieve from gas also. Don't overeat. Don't lie down or AIT immediately after eating . walk 40-45 mins daily to avoid gases. If u are constipated take fruit daily . otherwise also fruit should be daily. Consult dietitian with your daily diet routine. Write me on personal for diet counseling with daily diet routine. Don't keep fast don't go on fasting don't skip your meals.
