For weight reduction,three things you should consider, one is the diet,avoid taking calories,fats,junk foods,and fries.
Minimize the sleeping time, and try to sleep for 6 hours a day. avoid day time sleep.
Have a morning walk,and practice
yoga,and extracurricular like gardening.
