weight loss meal plan to control blood pressure by reducing sodium, increasing potassium, decreasing added sugars and simple carbohydrates, weight loss and exercise.
Please bring with you the following information: height, weight, blood pressure, labs from doctor, a list of all medications and supplements and a three day food diary listing amounts and names of all foods consumed for two weekdays and one weekend day.
