Suggest A Diet Plan For A Diabetic With High Blood Pressure
I am looking for information on proper nutritional information for a diabetic with high blood pressure. Also someone who needs to lose about 20 pounds. I need to know how many calories, how much protein, how much sodium, how many carbs, etc. he should have in a day. Is there any place on your site where I can get this information.
