Good Morning Doc my name is sneha.My age is 22,my height is 170 cms and my weight is 82 kgs.I do exercise everyday and i take a balanced diet of protein shakes in the morning and night.I take fresh vegetable salads at the evening but i still feel like an empty stomach groaning.Can you tell me something healthy and also tasty to eat at the evenings.
hai, You can take millet and nuts group of foods in evening. prepare food with bajra,ragi,corn,peanuts,Channa,vegetables like okra,beans,carrot,cucumber,onion etc.
you can also add fruits apple,guava,watermelon, with it.
prepare food in steamed way and avoid frying with oil.
