hey my name is ishtiaq i have joined gym before and because of my demotivation. I have been dancing and hogging on my favourite meals everyday .. I have started my second day at gym i would love if you could provide me with a healthy diet plan where as i am just 20 years and im almost 90 on the weighing machine .. hope i get a prompt reply .. thankyou.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
