Suggest A Low Calorie Diet

I want a low calory diet chart for me. My weigt is 81. and my office timing is 6.30am to 3.30pm. In the morning at 8am I take black tea and small 7-8 biscuits. Then for breakfast its confusing for me. Sometime I used to eat a cup off coffe and cake, sometime apple. But I have some gas problem so can not take apple too much. And lunch I used to take from home. I take chapati and sabji only. After going back home at 4pm I becum hungry again. And that time I am getting confused again. So sometime I drank red tea, a apple, biscuits or chapati again. And I do dinner ai 9.30 to 1p pm and i eat rice, sabji and fish/egg/or chicken. After dinner I eat Papita.

Try to have a healthy breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. When you have a good breakfast consisting of whole grain (fibre rich) cereals like oats, oat bran, bran containing bread and wheat flakes, low fat milk and a fruit like papaya, apple or guava, you will feel more energetic and eat less throughout the day. A good breakfast also jump starts your metabolism after an overnight of fasting. it will help you to reduce your total intake of calories throughout the day.
Avoid cakes and cookies, biscuits which only add calories from fats and sugar to your diet without giving any nutrition. Instead opt for sprouts (soak whole green gram or moong and whole bengal gram or chana overnight in water and hang it in a muslin cloth for sprouting). you can add lemon and chat masala for flavour to sprouts. Have them as snacks.

Have chapati without oil/ghee. Include some dairy products which are lacking in your diet like low fat milk/curd/ cheese and buttermilk.

Include some pulses/beans like kidney beans or rajmah and chickpeas or chhole/curd or eggwhites in lunch as chapati and sabji alone do not make a balanced meal.

Include raw salads such as carrots, cucumber and tomatoes in your meals and cook vegetables in less oil. Avoid oily curries and gravies. You can include some boiled eggwhites in your breakfast and limit intake of white rice. Prefer brown rice or parboiled rice instead as it has more fibre and you will eat less.

Avoid eating fruits after dinner. Prefer to have them early in the morning or as a mid morning snack.
