hello sir i am anu i have a black spot on face due to injury i had consulted dermatologist he suggested memantosone that should be applied in day time but there is no change . so pls do understand my problem and suggest me hw to get rid of marks on face

Hello,

You have developed post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation (PIH) due to injury. Inflammation is associated with injury which causes pigmentation after healing. Mometasone is given to control that inflammation in initial stage of injury. Now for pigmentation you need to apply Azelaic acid 20% cream once daily on dark spots for at least 1 month.
