Suggest A Medication For Bleeding Of Mouth And Nose Due To Accident.

i jus got punched in my mouth a lil while ago and my mouth bleed refusely n my tooth is pushed towards the back i can push it jus a lil bit with my tongue but my nose is numb completely on the same side as the tooth.... what should i do can i got to sleep?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the bleeding could be because of the tear in the mucosa or because of the fractured bone..even there might be a fractured tooth or subluxated tooth.. the numbness could be because of the injury to nerve by the fractured bone applying pressure over the nerve...consult a oral physician and take radiographs like OPG and lateral cephalogram to rule out fracture... i hope my answer will help you.. take care..
