Suggest A Medication For Green Yellow Crusty Discharge And Blood From My Nose And Mouth.

Ive had a rather dry dischargey nose for some time it doesnt appear blocked up but i feel as if it has narrowed as i cant breath well through it also i have been getting a light green yellow crusty discharge and blood from my nose and mouth seems exceptionally dry by morning when i awake

The bleeding from the nose can be because of the bacterial infection in the nasal cavity. The difficulty in breathing can be because of the obstructed or narrowing of the meatal opening. The bleeding from the mouth can be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits. The dryness of the mouth can be because of the reduced salivary secretion secondary to stone in the ducts.
Nothing to be panic, you need to consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated.
You should also consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. You have to get a oral prophylaxis done. For the dryness you can use artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose.
