Suggest A Natural Food For Attaining Puberty

My grandson is turning 20 in a couple of days and is showing no visible signs of puberty and still happy to act like a young boy. While I don't want to rob his chiildhood, I am concerned that he is so far behind his peers. Is there a natural food that willl helps to get things started?

1. Onset of puberty is overtly visible in females, in contrast the early signs of puberty in males are not visible [which might be your concern].
2. You should visit a GP or Neuroendocrinologist regarding his puberty issues who will order a blood test to find out whether there are any problems with the child's hormones [testosterone] or may also order an MRI or an ultrasound to check the glands to find out whether they are working properly.
3. Well balanced diet [proper nutrition], adequate sleep, regular physical activity is generally the best management guidelines.

PS. If you are concerned about lagging behind his peers, just check for any hormonal disturbances like: narrow shoulders, disinterests in girls, shyness, being fat, non visible Adam's Apple
