always enjoy what you are doing..
dont have a negative attitude, that is dangerous
schedule your work for the next day in the previous night itself, and follow it..
do keep a spare time for you also, as you cannot work the whole day...
after finishing work at office and when you reach home, dont think about office work,,,
try meditations and
yoga, it will build confidence in you...
go for a walk when you are free in the nature...
dont be stressed all time..
keep meeting your well wishers, share thoughts with them,
be relaxed..
things will return to normalcy soon...
and you will enjoy life...
