Hi,

Transverse sinus thrombosis can usually be treated with fluid hydration and sometimes requires a blood thinner like aspirin or warfarin. Once this improves, the headaches should improve too. The back pain I'm unclear about because I can't see the MRI, but back pain is very common, as are findings on MRIs. The back pain should start with physical therapy and NSAIDs for at least 6 weeks and then reassessing how it feels after that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
