Hello

Welcome to HCM!!!
I find that your problem is of serious nature as it may lead to oral cancer.
First and most important thing to quit smoking is will power.
Secondly there are a number of options like nicotine gums, logenzes, sprays, patches
Bupropion can be helpful
But veranicile is the best option.
I hope this helps

God Bless

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!

The ulcers developed in your oral cavity (mouth) are due to the use of gutkha or paan masala. These indigenous products which are not approved by the health authorities are not safe for human beings as they contain a number of toxic substances which can harmful in the sense they can irritate the lining epithelium of the oral cavity to the extent of causing ulcer and on long standing these ulcer can become cancers which may involve the tongue and other structures in oral cavity.

So, consult your GP dentist for further evaluation and management.
Meanwhile, stop eating Gutkhas which are sold in various brands, Paan masala, Kattha, Zarda, etc.
In short tobacco and its products like Beedis, Cigarettes, chewable tobacco are dangerous for your health and wealth as well!!!
Prevention is better than cure.

Take care!
Regards!
